8.01 Books and Records
This Association shall keep correct and complete books and records of
accounts and shall also keep minutes of the general meetings and
Executive Board meetings. A record giving names and addresses of all
members entitled to vote shall be kept at the registered or principal
office of this Association. All books and records of this Association
may be inspected by the Regular Members upon written request to the
President. Such request shall be honored on or before 15 business days
for examination by the member who made the request.
8.02 Annual Review
The financial records of this association shall be reviewed annually by
a member appointed by the President. The records shall be gathered and
presented to the appointed member no later than the regular scheduled
January meeting and returned to the Association at the scheduled
February meeting.
