To Stop/Disconnect Service

When disconnecting your utility service, please be sure to submit your service Disconnection Form at least ONE BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to your desired disconnection date.

To ensure an accurate and smooth disconnection process:

• Print and complete a Service Disconnection Form
  OR
  Complete and submit a Service Disconnection Webform
• If you printed a disconnect form, please complete all highlighted sections and return to the Utilities Department at City Hall:
